Capital Collaboration, LLC ("Capital Collab") is not a direct lender. All financing is arranged through third-party lending partners. Loan terms, rates, and approval are determined by the lender. Capital Collab does not guarantee approval or specific terms.
Nature of Services
Capital Collab operates as a capital advisory and business financing marketplace. We connect businesses seeking financing with a network of vetted lending institutions, including banks, credit unions, alternative lenders, and private capital providers. Our role is to:
- Collect and organize your business and financial information
- Match your profile with appropriate lending partners from our network
- Present financing options and help you compare offers
- Facilitate communication between you and selected lending partners
No Lending Activity
Capital Collab does not originate, fund, service, or guarantee any loan or financing arrangement. All credit decisions — including approval, denial, interest rates, fees, and repayment terms — are made solely by our lending partners. We have no authority to approve or deny any application on behalf of a lender.
Fees
Capital Collab does not charge applicants any upfront fees to apply for or receive financing offers. Our compensation may include referral fees, commissions, or other payments from lending partners when a financing transaction is completed. These arrangements do not increase the cost of your financing. Any fees associated with your financing are disclosed by the lender in your loan agreement.
Credit Inquiries
Our initial application does not require a hard credit pull. A soft credit inquiry may be conducted to pre-qualify you for certain products. If you choose to proceed with a specific lending partner, they may conduct a hard credit inquiry, which could affect your credit score. You will be notified before any hard credit inquiry is performed. See our Credit Check Policy for more details.
Rates and Terms
Interest rates, loan amounts, repayment terms, and other financing conditions vary based on factors including but not limited to:
- Business credit history and personal credit score
- Time in business and annual revenue
- Industry and business type
- Collateral and cash flow
- Loan product type and amount requested
- Current market conditions
Advertised rates and terms represent ranges available across our lender network and may not be available to all applicants. Your actual rate and terms will depend on the specific lender and your qualifications.
